Preschool Fees 2010-2011

  • A $60.00 curriculum and supply fee is due upon enrollment and confirmation for our three and four-year-old classes that meet two or three-days per week. This fee is used to purchase workbooks, curriculum, and art supplies used by your child during the year.
  • A $70.00 curriculum fee and supply is due for our five day Pre-K class. This fee is collected once per year to purchase curriculum, workbooks, reading books and teaching aids used specifically by your child as well as all consumable products such as paper, crayons etc.
  • A $30.00 curriculum fee for our two year old classes. This fee covers all art materials, curriculum aids and paper products used by your child.

Tuition is based upon nine equal installments, payable upon enrollment and confirmation of position and then September 1 through April 1. The tuition deposit paid upon enrollment will then become the May payment for the following spring.

Kindergarten 2010-2011

The kindergarten curriculum and supply fee is $100 to cover the cost of the many text books, workbooks and readers your child will use during the school year.  Some of the materials include a science workbook, social studies text, handwriting tablets, Letters and Sounds workbook, Math workbook, and several levels of reading books. We also use these fees for assessments we purchase throughout the year. Please visit the kindergarten curriculum page for further details. The supply portion of the fee also covers all art materials such as watercolors, paper, glue, crayons, journals, and special projects.Tuition payments for Kindergarten are September through May. Class goes until mid-June. Your advance tuition deposit will become your June payment.

Age Requirements

Your child must be the age of the class they are enrolling for or have a birthday by September 30th of the coming year. For example, your child must be three (or be turning three) before September 30th to qualify for the three-year-old program.

We follow age requirements set by Prince William County Schools for entrance into Kindergarten. Kindergarten enrollment is based up age, maturity, behavior, recommendation by the child's preschool teacher, successful completion of a strong four-year-old preschool program, and successful scoring on a Kindergarten readiness test, which we administer. Currently enrolled four-year-olds have first priority, but must meet all of the above criteria as well.

All children must be completely potty trained, and able to perform all aspects of toileting unassisted.
