Watch local news/weather for chance of delays or cancellations. If PWC cancels, we are closed. If PWC delays two hours-morning preschool and kindergarten are cancelled. If PWC delays one hour, morning preschool is cancelled and kindergarten begins at 10am.

Jan 26 Kindergarten International Luncheon 11:30, and Parent Teacher Conferences for Tues/Thurs 3's (no school for these students)
Jan 27 Parent Teacher Conferences for MWF 3's, 4's, Pre K, and Kindergarten (no school for these students, but there IS class for the 2 1/2 yr olds)
Jan 30- New Family Open House. If you are interested in touring our school and learning more about the registration process, please plan to attend. Children are welcome! For interest in our 2 1/2 yr old program or our 3 yr old program, please come for the meeting at 9:30 am. For interest in our 4 yr old and Kindergarten program, please come at 10:30.
Feb 1- 7am Registration for Currently Enrolled Students. Complete the registration form and return $100 registrationi fee payment on Feb 1 if your child has school Feb 1 (Wed) and on Feb 2 if your child is a Tues/Thurs. Registration fees must be turned in on these days for your form to be valid with it's time stamp. Please do not fill out this form if you are not a current family.
Feb 1- 8am Registration for Alumni Families and Church Members. Alumni families are those that previously had an attending student, that graduated and now have a new sibling to enroll. Church members include families that have been members of Haymarket Baptist Church for a period of 1 year. Your registration fee must be recieved within 5 days of registration for valid registration and confirmed registration.
Feb 6- 7am Registration for New Families. If you are new to the school, please register online at 7 am via this website. Please click refresh on your browser if you do not see the registration form right away. Be accurate in your data as this becomes the way we contact you in the future and add you to our data base for family directories and class lists. Data on the form will include name, birthday, address, email and telephone numbers. You will also be asked to fill out what age class you are registering for, and what your number 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th choices are based on the options we have. If you have more than 1 child to enroll, please complete the form on one child, adding the word 'sibling' on a spot where it allows you to comment or add a note. Submit that form, and then begin a new form for your next child. Once we see 'sibling' on your 1st form, we will then look for your second child and move them up in the list beside your 1st form/time. Please look over and read all the registration details provided on the registration link, including fees, monies required, documentation to attend etc.

- Plan to join your child ( 1 guest per child) on May 7 at 11:30 in the big room. You will enjoy some special fancy snacks, and get the royal treatment from your child!

Each child is allowed just 1 guest since it is held in the classroom...it just gets too crowded! So either a Mom or a Grandmom can come to your child's classroom for this event.

- Mother's Day Tea Parties in the 4's!
- Please complete the RSVP reservation form and return by April 16 to attend this extra special event. Your child will have a seat reserved for you, gifts, cards and fancy treats. We will sing songs to you and make your day so special! You can dress up fancy if you like! Your child should wear something nice that they might wear to church or for Easter. Remember, no siblings at this event, just moms and grandmoms. We want this to be a special time for you and your preschooler.
