Students with bona-fide allergies that require the use of epi-pens, nebulizers etc, are required to attend this meeting and provide the appropriate medication, and complete the online forms, one form per medicine and bring to the school for this meeting. The medicines should be in their regular containers with Rx visible with the child’s name, expiration date, and medicine instructions. Parents will complete a form that tells us who to call and what steps to take if your child is exposed to an allergen. You can bring your child with you. You will receive a mini-calendar of snacks for Sept to initial off. You will leave medication and forms with us. Thanks!
