Ann Kim

Mrs. Ann Kim begins her seventh year at HBCPK. She previously spent a year as the Lego Club instructor, Library Coordinator and K music teacher, then went on to teach the MWF 4's for the next 3 years and now begins her 4th year in Kindergarten. Ann has both a Masters and Bachelors degree and is a certified elementary teacher and has her ACSI teaching credential. She is married with 2 children (HBCPK alumni) and attends Open Door Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Kim plays the guitar and violin and enjoys singing with children, teaching reading and making learning creative and meaningful. Her class is the Pups--complete with a puppy for each student to call their own for the year (stuffed, not real).

Kim Stevens

Mrs. Kim Stevens begins her seventh year at our school. She has been the 4's music teacher, K music teacher and this will be her 5th year in the Kindergarten classroom.  Kim has her Bachelor's degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Elementary Education and her Master's Degree in Literacy Education from Washington State University. Mrs. Stevens attends Living Hope Church with her family and teaches Sunday School. The Stevens have two grown children. She loves gardening, photography and the Florida Gators! Her favorite subjects to teach are Bible and writing...and anything you can teach thru song! Her class is the Parrot Pals!

Jill Waskow

Mrs. Jill Waskow returns for her tenth year, previously teaching in our Pre-K program and now in Kindergarten. Jill has a BA from Longwood College as a History major/teaching certification, and also a Master's from George Mason University in Education in Curriculum and Instruction. She has her Early Education Teacher Credential from ACSI.  She is married to her college sweetheart and they have two children, both graduates of HBCPK. Jill worships at Park Valley Church and attends Bible study there as well. Mrs. Waskow enjoys cooking, exercising, attending concerts and spending time with her family. She loves making children feel welcome and special in her class, the Busy Bees!
